Ingredients
2 kilograms of Pork leg
1 Large onion
5 Garlic cloves
8 Sweet peppers
3 Fresh cilantro leaves
Baturro sauce
Chinese sauce
English sauce
1 Small pack of achiote seeds
1 teaspoon of White vinegar
1 cup of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : The preparation begins by processing the onion, sweet peppers, garlic cloves, and cilantro leaves.
Step 2 : Then, spread this mixture over the entire pork leg, making small cuts with a knife to allow it to penetrate the meat.
Step 3 : Next, add the desired amount of the three varieties of sauce.
Step 4 : In another container, mix water, vinegar, and a packet of achiote; blend and apply this mixture onto the pork leg.
Step 5 : Place the leg in a covered pot and cook over medium heat for about an hour and a half.
Step 6 : Once cooked, slice it into rounds and bake for a few minutes.
