Wonton Soup
Ingredients
1 Wonton noodle package
1 Poultry giblets
200 grams of Pork loin
2 teaspoons of Seasoning
½ Spring onion bundle
2 liters of Bone broth
White pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Oil
200 grams of Roast duck
200 grams of Boiled chicken
100 grams of Roast pork
200 grams of Cabbage
100 grams of Green peas
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot with water and a pinch of salt over heat, wait for it to boil and then add the noodles, stirring until it boils again.
Step 2 : Remove the pot from the heat and let the noodles cook until they float.
Step 3 : Once ready, take the noodles out of the water and place in a container.
Step 4 : In another pot, bring two liters of broth to a boil.
Step 5 : Add the beef bones to make the broth.
Step 6 : When the broth thickens, add the roasted duck, boiled chicken, roasted pork, cabbage, and peas (200 grams).
Step 7 : Season to taste and let it boil for a few minutes, adding a little oil.
Step 8 : Pour the broth over the noodles set aside in the container.
Step 9 : Sprinkle with white pepper and serve in bowls.
