Ingredients

200 grams of Raw almonds

2 Garlic cloves

100 grams of Bread crumb

50 milliliters of Olive oil

500 milliliters of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the soup, blend the almonds in a blender or food processor until finely ground.

Step 2 : Then, add the garlic cloves and blend again until well incorporated.

Step 3 : Next, add the bread crumb and olive oil to the mixture, continuing to blend until a smooth paste forms.

Step 4 : Gradually add water while blending until achieving a liquid and homogeneous consistency.

Step 5 : Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 6 : Once ready, cover the soup and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
