Ingredients

½ pound of Ground meat

1 teaspoon of Fresh basil

2 Crushed garlic cloves

¼ cup of Tomato juice

1 tablespoon of Ketchup

½ cup of Bread crumbs

1 Egg

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

1 liter of Chicken broth

2 cups of Water

3 Beaten eggs

4 cups of Fresh spinach leaves

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Mix the ground meat with basil, garlic, tomato juice, ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step 2 : In a pan with hot oil, form meatballs of the desired size and brown them.

Step 3 : In a pot with chicken broth and boiling water, add the beaten eggs and spinach leaves, mixing well.

Step 4 : Finally, add the browned meatballs to the soup and it's ready to serve.
