Ingredients
½ Grated coconut
1 liter of Water
1 Green plantain
1 Yuca (cassava)
Red snapper, lobster, shrimp
1 pinch of Salt
Ají chombo (chili pepper)
Lemon
Preparation
Step 1 : Pour water over the grated coconut and strain it, placing it in a pot.
Step 2 : Heat the coconut water.
Step 3 : Clean and cut the green plantain and yuca into slices.
Step 4 : Add the plantain and yuca slices to the coconut water and bring to a boil.
Step 5 : Clean the snapper and immerse it in the water until it starts to cook.
Step 6 : Serve hot and add salt, ají chombo, and lemon.
