Traditional Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 Potato

1 Turnip

1 Leek

1 Tomato

1 Celery piece

1 Onion

1 Zucchini

½ Red bell pepper

2 Carrots

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Noodles

Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the soup, start by washing and chopping the celery and bell pepper, as well as the carrots and turnip, and set them aside.

Step 2 : Next, cut the zucchini into cubes and set aside as well.

Step 3 : In a pot with oil, sauté the chopped onion and leek.

Step 4 : Once ready, add all the chopped vegetables and pour in one and a half liters of water.

Step 5 : Heat the mixture until it boils vigorously, then reduce the heat and cook for half an hour.

Step 6 : Then, add the noodles and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the soup topped with chopped parsley.
