Ingredients

5 cups of Beef broth

3 Corn cobs

250 grams of Potato

2 Eggs

Cilantro

Chopped parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this soup, start by cooking the corn cobs in a pot with water and salt for 15 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, add the corn cobs, potatoes, cilantro, and pepper to the broth.

Step 3 : Once the potatoes are cooked, beat the eggs and slowly add them to the broth, stirring constantly.

Step 4 : Cook for a few more minutes and serve the soup in deep bowls, sprinkling chopped parsley on top.
