Ingredients

2 ½ cups of Chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoon of Sugar

2 cups of Milk

1 Garlic clove

4 Slices of bread

2 tablespoons of Wheat flour

1 Sliced onion

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, add the milk and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.

Step 2 : In a blender, add the sugar, garlic, tomatoes, wheat flour, melted butter, salt, and pepper; blend until you obtain a sauce and add it to the milk.

Step 3 : Stir and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Then, add the sliced onions, serve, and add the slices of bread.
