Shrimp Soup
Ingredients
1 liter of Water
1 Medium onion
1 Small leek
2 Celery stalks
1 Carrot
1 Medium potato
8 Cubed chopped salmon
1 pound of Shrimp or prawns
¼ teaspoon of Pepper
¼ cup of Heavy cream
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Step 2 : Add the cubed carrots and potatoes, followed by the chopped onion, leek, and celery stalks.
Step 3 : Let cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, add the salmon and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5 : Incorporate the well-cleaned shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6 : Cook for 3 minutes, then add the heavy cream.
Step 7 : Let cook for 1 or 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 8 : Serve hot.
