Rondon Soup
Ingredients
4 cups of Coconut milk
2 kilograms of Fish
½ kilogram of Yuca
1 Green plantain
1 kilogram of Smoked meat
½ Spicy chile
3 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of Salt
Oregano
1 White onion
Parsley
2 Chunks of yuca
1 kilogram of Cleaned shrimp
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
Step 2 : Next, add chopped onion, meat, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 3 : Stir, cover the pot, and cook until the meat is tender.
Step 4 : Then, add the chunks of yuca and the plantain, cooking for 15 minutes.
Step 5 : After that time, season the fish and add it to the pot along with salt, pepper, oregano, onion, and shrimp.
Step 6 : Cook everything for 5 minutes.
Step 7 : Add chopped parsley, cover the pot, and let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
