Ingredients

Rondon

2 liters of Coconut milk

1 kilogram of Fish

½ kilogram of Cassava

2 Green plantains

2 Chopped garlic cloves

1 kilogram of Smoked meat

1 Whole spicy chili

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, boil the coconut milk.

Step 2 : Once it boils, add the onion, meat, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 : When the meat is cooked, add the cassava, cubed fish, plantains, and the whole chili.

Step 4 : Let it simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Step 5 : Remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
