Ingredients
2 liters of Coconut milk
1 kilogram of Fish
½ kilogram of Yuca
2 Green plantains
2 Chopped garlic cloves
1 kilogram of Smoked meat
1 Whole hot chili pepper
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, bring the coconut milk to a boil.
Step 2 : Once boiling, add the onion, meat, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : When the meat is cooked, add the yuca, cubed fish, plantains, and the whole chili.
Step 4 : Let it boil gently for half an hour.
Step 5 : Remove the pot from heat and let rest a few minutes before serving.
