Ingredients

2 Garlic cloves

½ Onion

½ Sweet chili pepper

1 Scallion

½ Hot chili pepper

1 Cilantro stem

2 tablespoons of Fresh oregano

3 teaspoons of Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Paprika

½ kilogram of Mixed seafood

1 ½ cup of Rice

6 cups of Shrimp broth

3 Yucas

Preparation

Step 1 : Begin by chopping the garlic cloves, onion, sweet chili pepper, scallion, hot chili pepper, and cilantro, setting each aside separately.

Step 2 : Then, cook the yuca and cut it into cubes.

Step 3 : In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the chopped vegetables and herbs.

Step 4 : Once golden, add the seafood and a bit of paprika, stirring well and cooking for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Next, add the rice to the mixture, stir to combine all ingredients, then incorporate the cut yuca and broth.

Step 6 : Cook, stirring constantly, until the rice is ready and the dish has the desired consistency.

Step 7 : If the rice has absorbed too much liquid, add a little more broth.

Step 8 : Finally, the dish is ready to be served and enjoyed by all diners.
