Ingredients

2 cups of Frozen peas

1 Parsnip pieces

1 Chopped onion

2 Chopped garlic cloves

4 cups of Vegetable broth

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
