Panamanian Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 Potato

1 Turnip

1 Leek

1 Tomato

1 Celery stalk

1 Onion

1 Zucchini

½ Red pepper

2 Carrots

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by chopping the onion and leek.

Step 2 : Wash and cut the carrots, as well as the turnip, celery, and pepper.

Step 3 : Next, cut the zucchini in the same way as the previous vegetables and place them all in a pot with the chopped onion and leek.

Step 4 : Add salt to taste, a bit of oil, and sauté until lightly browned.

Step 5 : Stir the vegetables and add enough water to cover them.

Step 6 : Cook covered for 35 minutes over medium heat.

Step 7 : Once that time has passed, add chopped parsley and season with salt to taste.

Step 8 : The soup will be ready to enjoy!
