Ingredients

1 Whole chicken, skinless and cut into pieces

½ kilogram of Yuca

½ kilogram of Otoe

½ kilogram of Namme

1 Chopped carrot

6 Cilantro leaves

1 tablespoon of Salt

4 Chopped garlic cloves

½ Chopped onion

2 Cut corn cobs

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this flavorful soup, start by peeling and chopping the yuca, otoe, namme, and carrots, and set these ingredients aside.

Step 2 : Next, place a large pot with water on the stove and wait for it to boil.

Step 3 : At this point, add the chicken, yuca, otoe, carrots, corn cobs, cilantro, onion, and garlic to the pot.

Step 4 : Add salt and let everything cook for one hour.

Step 5 : After that time, remove the soup from the heat and take out the chicken to shred it.

Step 6 : Once the meat is shredded, return it to the soup.

Step 7 : Serve the soup hot and enjoy this comforting dish.
