Ingredients

1 Chicken

1 kilogram of Sweet potato

1 Onion

Chicken broth

Green onion sprigs

3 Corn on the cob

1 pinch of Salt

3 Plantains

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first peel the sweet potato and cut it into chunks or slices.

Step 2 : Then, chop the white part of the green onion.

Step 3 : Next, peel the plantains and cut them into slices, as well as the carrots into rounds and the corn on the cob into pieces.

Step 4 : In a pot, add the chicken and all the ingredients except the corn, and pour in the chicken broth.

Step 5 : Bring the pot to a simmer for approximately one hour, then remove the chicken.

Step 6 : Remove the skin from the chicken and separate the meat from the bones.

Step 7 : Return the boneless chicken to the pot, add the corn, salt, pepper, and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 8 : Finally, once the stew is ready, it can be served and enjoyed as this delicious homemade dish.
