Ingredients

½ kilogram of Beef ribs

6 Fresh corn ears

1 tablespoon of Oil

½ Onion

1 Cilantro leaf

1 Sweet chili (ají dulce)

3 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, start by cooking the beef ribs in boiling water with salt in a pot for about half an hour.

Step 2 : Once this time has passed, remove the kernels from the fresh corn, mash the kernels, and set aside for later.

Step 3 : It is important to remove excess fat from the beef ribs as they cook, then gradually add the corn to the pot, stirring constantly.

Step 4 : Next, finely chop the onion, cilantro, sweet chili, and garlic to have them ready for addition at the right moment.

Step 5 : Continue cooking the mixture until the broth becomes thick and the flavors are well incorporated.
