Flank Steak Soup

Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef flank

2 Potatoes

5 Tomatoes

1 Onion

½ Green bell pepper

3 Garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of Cumin

1 pinch of Pepper

1 Bay leaf

6 cups of Water

Noodles

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the flank steak into medium and even pieces.

Step 2 : Then, cook it in a pot with water, a bay leaf, shredded onion, green bell pepper, diced tomato, cumin, salt, and crushed garlic cloves for one and a half hours.

Step 3 : Once the meat is cooked, remove and set aside from the broth.

Step 4 : Pour the broth back into the pot and add peeled and cubed potatoes.

Step 5 : Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes in the broth.

Step 6 : When the potatoes are almost done, add the noodles and cook.

Step 7 : Serve the soup hot with a little lemon juice on top and freshly chopped parsley.
