Ingredients

El Tulemasi

1 kilogram of Fish (red snapper or croaker)

1 Medium coconut

1 liter of Water

1 Green plantain

½ kilogram of Yuca

1 Ají chombo

1 pinch of Salt

1 Lemon

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by extracting the coconut milk.

Step 2 : To do this, grind the coconut with water and squeeze out the juice.

Step 3 : Then, place the coconut milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Step 4 : Add the yuca and plantain, peeled and cut into pieces, and cook until tender.

Step 5 : Once ready, add the chopped fish and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 6 : Serve hot and let each diner add salt to taste, accompanied by lemon and pre-cooked ají chombo.
