1 Duck
1 Onion
4 tablespoons of Chopped fresh ginger
1 Celery bunch
200 grams of Ham
250 grams of Noodles
Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, chop the duck and set aside the bones.
Step 2 : Then, place the duck bones in a pot with the peeled onion, ginger, and salt.
Step 3 : Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil for one hour, making sure to remove the fat that rises to the surface.
Step 4 : Once the time has passed, remove the bones, onion, and ginger, and strain the resulting broth.
Step 5 : Next, return the broth to the pot and add the celery, duck meat, and ham.
Step 6 : Let it cook for another hour, constantly removing any fat that may accumulate on the surface.
Step 7 : When the preparation is ready, strain the broth again and chop the meat and vegetables.
Step 8 : Cook the noodles in the broth and finally serve in a deep dish or pot, accompanied by pieces of duck meat and vegetables.
