Ingredients

1 Chicken breast

1 liter of Water

30 grams of Fine noodles

250 grams of Chicken giblets

250 grams of Chicken liver

1 Serrano ham bone

250 grams of Beef

3 Boiled eggs

100 grams of Bread

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 Celery

2 Carrots

1 Leek

1 Onion

1 pinch of Saffron

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a medium pot, place the water, salt, and oil and bring to a boil.

Step 2 : Add the chicken parts, except the liver, along with the ham bone, beef, celery, carrot, leek, and onion, all previously chopped.

Step 3 : Cut the chicken liver into pieces and add to the pot with saffron.

Step 4 : Boil on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Step 5 : If necessary, add more water and continue boiling.

Step 6 : Add salt, parsley, pepper, and fine noodles to the pot.

Step 7 : Cook the eggs in another pot, peel, and chop once cooked.

Step 8 : Remove the cooked meat, debone, and blend together with the liver.

Step 9 : Cut the bread into small cubes.

Step 10 : Mix all components before serving.
