2 pounds of Corvina
1 pound of Shark fish
1 Ají chombo
1 Medium onion
2 Tomatoes
3 Garlic cloves
½ cup of Oil
1 Lemon
4 tablespoons of Wheat flour
6 Fresh chives
1 liter of Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it's important to start peeling the shark fish and garlic, then cut them into pieces.
Step 2 : Clean the fish and cut into pieces, seasoning with salt and lemon.
