Chicken Soup
Ingredients
200 grams of Yuca
200 grams of Yam
200 grams of Carrot
1 Whole chicken
4 Cilantro leaves
1 pinch of Salt
3 Garlic cloves
½ Chopped onion
2 Corn on the cob
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious soup, start by cutting the corn cobs into 2 or 3-centimeter pieces and chopping the onion and garlic cloves, setting them aside for later.
Step 2 : Clean the chicken, peel it, and remove the skin.
Step 3 : Cut the yuca, yam, and carrot into pieces.
Step 4 : In a pot, place the chicken and cover with water, adding a pinch of salt.
Step 5 : Add the cilantro, garlic, onion, cut corn cobs, yuca, yam, and carrot.
Step 6 : Bring the pot to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat.
Step 7 : Cook for approximately one hour until the soup thickens.
Step 8 : Remove the cooked chicken, let it cool, and debone.
Step 9 : Return the deboned chicken to the pot together with the yuca, yam, and carrot.
Step 10 : Mix well.
Step 11 : Turn off the heat and serve this comforting soup to your family.
