Carrot and Potato Cream
Ingredients
4 Carrots
2 Potatoes
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
4 cups of Vegetable broth
1 cup of Milk
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, peel and chop the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic into small pieces.
Step 2 : In a large pot, heat a little olive oil and then add the onion and garlic, cooking until golden.
Step 3 : Next, add the carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
Step 4 : Then, pour the vegetable broth into the pot and bring to a boil.
Step 5 : Reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6 : Once ready, remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.
