Ingredients
1 kilogram of Soup beef
1 teaspoon of Oregano
1 Garlic clove
1 cup of Otoe
2 Carrots
3 Corncobs
4 Plantains
1 cup of Cooked yuca
3 Cilantro leaves
4 Aji peppers
1 pinch of Salt
1 Beef bouillon cube
Water
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious stew, start by seasoning the beef with chopped garlic, oregano, beef bouillon, salt, and chopped cilantro.
Step 2 : Then marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3 : In a pot with boiling water, add the beef and add the chopped Aji peppers and the cubed carrots.
