Beef Ribs Soup
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Beef ribs
d kilogram of Potatoes
d kilogram of Yuca (cassava)
3 Garlic cloves
3 Onions
2 Bell peppers
2 Carrots
2 Parsley root (celery root)
1 Beef broth cube
teaspoon - of Cumin
Leek
Cilantro
1 pinch of Food coloring
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, peel the potatoes and yuca, then cut them into pieces and set aside.
Step 2 : Next, chop the onions, carrots, parsley root, bell peppers, and leek into small pieces.
Step 3 : It's important to finely chop the garlic cloves and cilantro.
Step 4 : Then, place all ingredients in a pot, except the potatoes and yuca.
Step 5 : Wash and add the ribs to the pot.
Step 6 : Add the necessary seasonings, cover everything with water, and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 7 : After that, add the yuca and potatoes to the preparation and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Step 8 : At this point, taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Finally, serve the dish garnished with cilantro.
