Ingredients

12 Eggs

380 grams of Sugar

270 grams of Flour

Vanilla

3 cans of Sweetened condensed milk

3 cans of Evaporated milk

2 cups of Heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until they double in volume and are well aerated.

Step 2 : Next, add the flour in one go and beat quickly to incorporate, avoiding exceeding 10 seconds of beating.

Step 3 : Pour the batter into a greased medium-sized ovenproof dish and bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.

Step 4 : To prepare the milk mixture, combine all ingredients in a pot and heat until boiling; then remove from heat.

Step 5 : Once hot, add this liquid to the sponge cake.
