Ingredients

1 liter of Milk

3 cups of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Cornstarch

1 Cinnamon stick

¼ cup of Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious cornstarch balls, first sift the cornstarch and dissolve it in half a cup of milk.

Step 2 : Then, place the rest of the milk in a pot along with the cinnamon and sugar, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to boil.

Step 3 : Once it boils, remove the cinnamon and add the dissolved cornstarch, continuing to cook and stir for a few minutes to prevent sticking.

Step 4 : When the mixture takes on a golden color and looks translucent, it will be ready.

Step 5 : Remove from heat and let it rest.

Step 6 : Next, take some of the warm mixture to form small balls, which are placed on a tray and sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.

Step 7 : Allow them to dry completely and finally wrap them in colored paper to give them a special touch before enjoying.
