Ingredients

6 Eggs

2 cups of Sugar

2 cups of Flour

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

½ tablespoon of Vanilla extract

1 can of Evaporated milk

1 can of Cream

2 cans of Condensed milk

½ cup of Rum

4 Egg whites

1 cup of Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Step 2 : Next, combine the yolks and add the vanilla extract.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 4 : Once ready, add the yolk mixture, sugar, and continue beating.

Step 5 : Sift the flour with the baking powder over the mixture and fold with a spatula.

Step 6 : It is crucial to fold gently and, if the mixture becomes thick, add a little water.

Step 7 : Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking mold and place it in a preheated oven to bake at low heat.

Step 8 : While the cake is baking, beat the evaporated milk, cream, condensed milk, and rum together.

Step 9 : Once the cake is ready, make deep cuts in it with a knife and pour the three milks over it to absorb.

Step 10 : Let it cool and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Step 11 : Then, beat egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and spread over the dessert, garnished with a little ground cinnamon.

Step 12 : Finally, cut into portions and serve.
