Tapioca with Mango
Ingredients
½ cup of Tapioca
2 cups of Coconut milk
2 tablespoons of Sugar
1 Mango
Mint leaves
Preparation
Step 1 : Rinse the tapioca with cold water and let it drain.
Step 2 : In a pot, heat the coconut milk over medium heat and add the tapioca and sugar, stirring constantly until the tapioca is transparent and smooth.
Step 3 : Then remove the pot from the heat and let the tapioca mixture cool.
Step 4 : Peel and cut the mango into small pieces.
Step 5 : In individual glasses, layer tapioca followed by mango, repeating this process until the glass is filled.
Step 6 : Decorate with mint leaves and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
