Rice Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup of Rice

¼ liter of Liquid milk

1 cup of Cream

1 can of Sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

½ teaspoon of Salt

Ground and stick cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : The rice is washed and soaked the night before.

Step 2 : The next day, drain and boil in plenty of water until the grain is fully bloomed.

Step 3 : It should be drained again.

Step 4 : In a pot, add the liquid milk, cream, and sweetened condensed milk, along with the salt, a teaspoon of vanilla, and the cinnamon stick.

Step 5 : Mix all ingredients well with the rice and cook in a double boiler until almost dry.

Step 6 : Once the rice is almost dry, remove from heat, add ground cinnamon to taste, and let rest.

Step 7 : Then, cool in the refrigerator before serving.
