Panamanian-style Chocoflan
Ingredients
1 Box of chocolate candy
1 cup of Water
½ cup of Vegetable oil
3 Eggs
2 cans of Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of Evaporated milk
4 Eggs
Ready caramel
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dessert, the first step is to prepare a tray with non-stick spray.
Step 2 : Next, take a pre-made caramel or prepare one with water and sugar, and place it at the bottom of the mold.
Step 3 : Then, prepare a cake using a ready-to-use mix.
Step 4 : Add 3 eggs, ½ cup of oil, and 1 cup of water, then beat until everything is well combined.
Step 5 : Pour this mixture over the caramel in the mold.
Step 6 : Next, prepare the flan by mixing 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk, and 4 eggs.
Step 7 : Beat well and pour over the cake mixture in the mold.
Step 8 : Cover the mold with aluminum foil previously sprayed with oil spray and cook in a water bath with one finger of hot water for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Step 9 : Once the cooking time has passed, the dessert will be ready to enjoy.
