Panamanian Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

12 Slices of pineapple
12 Cherries
Raisins
1 ½ cup of Brown sugar
4 cups of Flour
600 grams of Sugar
5 teaspoons of Baking powder
1 pinch of Salt
5 Eggs
1 Stick of butter

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious pineapple and cherry cake, it is important to preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2 : In a deep bowl, combine the flour, a pinch of salt, and the baking powder.
Step 3 : In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar, gradually adding the eggs.
Step 4 : Then, combine both mixtures, also adding the pineapple juice.
Step 5 : In a skillet, place the cherries with a little sugar and water to form a caramel.
Step 6 : Next, grease a baking dish and pour the caramel with the cherries and pineapple slices into the bottom.
