Ingredients

2 liters of Milk

1 kilogram of Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

Colored tissue paper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dessert, first boil the milk in a pot and stir constantly until it boils.

Step 2 : Then, add the sugar and a pinch of salt, continuing to stir until the mixture darkens in color and becomes thicker.

Step 3 : Once the desired consistency is reached, let the mixture cool by turning off the heat.

Step 4 : When the mixture is cool enough and has a thick texture, form small balls with it.

Step 5 : Cover these balls with colored tissue paper and let them cool completely.

Step 6 : This sweet can be stored at room temperature for up to a month once it is completely cold and ready to enjoy.
