½ kilogram of Flour

1 cup of Cane honey

1 cup of Natural grated coconut

2 tablespoons of Butter

2 tablespoons of Lard

¼ teaspoon of Salt

¼ teaspoon of Baking soda

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious ginger cookies, start by preheating the oven to medium temperature.

Step 2 : In a container, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon, then add the ginger and honey, mixing everything very well.

Step 3 : Next, add the butter and lard, obtaining a sticky dough.

Step 4 : Then, with the help of two spoons, place the mixture onto a greased tray and bake for approximately half an hour, or until the cookies are golden.

Step 5 : Once ready, they are ready to enjoy.
