Ingredients

1 pound of Flour

½ cup of Grated coconut

2 cups of Cane honey

½ teaspoon of Salt

½ teaspoon of Ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon of Baking soda

3 tablespoons of Butter

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these cookies, first mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2 : Then, add the butter and honey, and knead the mixture until you get a smooth and uniform dough.

Step 3 : Next, grease a baking tray with butter and form balls of the desired size with the dough.

Step 4 : Place these balls on the tray and gently flatten them, leaving space between them so they don't stick together when baking.

Step 5 : The next step is to preheat the oven to 350°F and then bake the cookies for approximately 20 minutes, although the baking time should be adjusted according to personal preference.

Step 6 : Once ready, let them cool before enjoying.
