Ingredients

1 pound of Nance

½ cup of Wheat flour

1 cup of Cane honey

3 cups of Water

½ pound of White cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with water, place the nances and boil until the fruit is soft.

Step 2 : Then, separate the pulp of the fruit from the seeds.

Step 3 : In another container, add 3 cups of water along with the fruit pulp, flour, and honey, and blend until obtaining a slightly thick mixture, making sure there are no lumps.

Step 4 : Next, pour the mixture into a pot over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and acquires a creamy texture.

Step 5 : Once the preparation is warm, serve and add the chopped white cheese.
