Ingredients

4 Eggs

1 cup of Sugar

1 Bag of marangón pepitas

Grated lemon peel

1 pinch of Salt

Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : Grind the pepitas along with the sugar in a grinder.

Step 2 : In a separate container, beat the eggs and incorporate the ground pepitas with sugar, lemon peel, and a pinch of salt.

Step 3 : Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes.

Step 4 : Once out of the oven and cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
