Manjar Blanco or Dulce de Leche
Ingredients
3 liters of Milk
1 ½ pound of Sugar
Cinnamon
1 Clove
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the milk together with the cinnamon and clove in a pot, and cook over medium heat until it boils.
Step 2 : When the milk boils, add the sugar and stir until the mixture thickens.
Step 3 : After two hours of cooking, the mixture will turn a light brown and thicken even more.
