Ingredients

20 grams of Sugar

¼ cup of Soy oil

100 grams of Cut melon

3 Bananas

12 Strawberries

120 grams of Cubed papaya

1 Kiwi

50 grams of Chopped nuts

1 Pineapple yogurt

½ cup of Evaporated milk

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious cold fruit salad, it's important to start by washing the fruits thoroughly, removing seeds, and cutting them into fine 2-centimeter cubes.

Step 2 : Next, in the blender, add the evaporated milk, sugar, and milk, and blend until the mixture becomes thick.

Step 3 : Then, add the yogurt and the fruits (melon, papaya, banana, and strawberries).

Step 4 : Once the mixture is ready, place it into small containers and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool properly.

Step 6 : When serving the cold salad, it is recommended to add the chopped nuts for a crunchy and delightful touch.
