Ingredients
600 milliliters of Fresh milk
2 cans of Evaporated milk
500 grams of Rice cream or flour
4 Raspaduras
2 cups of Water
1 pinch of Salt
Cane honey
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, place the water and chopped raspaduras, cooking over medium heat until the raspadura dissolves.
Step 2 : Add the evaporated milk and continue cooking over low heat.
Step 3 : In a bowl, combine the fresh milk and the sieveed rice cream or flour, mixing with a whisk to prevent lumps.
Step 4 : Then, incorporate this mixture into the previous preparation without stopping stirring.
Step 5 : Add a pinch of salt and honey or sugar, cooking for several hours and stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Step 6 : When the mixture reaches a thick consistency and a light brown color, remove from heat and let cool.
Step 7 : Finally, serve in a container made from banana leaves or pineapple leaves.
