Corn husks

Preparation

Step 1 : Carefully extract the corn husks from the cobs and remove the silks.

Step 2 : Then, cut the corn kernels from the cobs and discard the husks.

Step 3 : Next, grind the corn kernels to obtain the mixture.

Step 4 : Add salt and sugar to taste, and mix everything well.

Step 5 : Then, place a portion of the mixture into the corn husks and tie them up.

Step 6 : Cook in boiling water for 40 minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, drain and serve the cornbread without the husks.
