Chocolate Pancake
Ingredients
1 ½ cup of Whole wheat flour
½ cup of Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
½ teaspoon of Baking soda
¼ teaspoon of Salt
1 cup of Plant-based milk
½ cup of Brown sugar
¼ cup of Melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
½ cup of Vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2 : In another bowl, mix the plant-based milk, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 3 : Then, pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
Step 4 : Next, add the vegan chocolate chips and mix again.
Step 5 : Finally, pour the batter into a greased pancake mold and bake at 180°C for approximately 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
