500 grams of Maíz pilado

250 grams of Queso blanco

1 pinch of Sal

Step 2 : Once ready, wash and grind it to prepare the dough.

Step 3 : Add salt to taste and knead well.

Step 4 : Then, shape the dough into balls or cylinders, giving them the desired shape.

Step 5 : Next, fry them in plenty of hot oil until golden.

Step 6 : Once ready, remove from the oil, drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat, and serve to enjoy at any occasion.
