Ingredients

1 Chicken breast cut into strips

2 Chopped onions

2 Chopped tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

2 cans of Beans

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Cumin

1 tablespoon of Dried oregano

1 Cilantro branch

1 pinch of Salt

Cream

Chicken broth

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth together with the beans to a boil.

Step 2 : In a skillet, heat a little oil and add the onion, tomatoes, and garlic, sautéing them for 2 minutes before adding them to the beans.

Step 3 : Add the chicken, oregano, cumin, cilantro, salt, and pepper, cooking everything over medium heat for 1 hour.

Step 4 : To serve, present hot with cream on top and grated cheese, accompanied by white rice and tortillas.
