5 pounds of Pork feet

½ cup of Salt

1 liter of Water

2 cups of Chopped onions

2 cups of Chopped cucumbers

2 Chombo peppers chopped

2 cups of Lemon juice

2 cups of Dark vinegar

¼ cup of Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, it's important to wash the pork feet thoroughly in plenty of water and use a safety razor to remove any hairs they may contain.

Step 2 : Then, cook the pork feet in plenty of salted water until they are very tender.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove from heat, strain, and wash to remove excess fat and salt.

Step 4 : Next, combine all marinade ingredients and mix with the pork feet.

Step 5 : It's important to let it marinate for an hour before serving.

Step 6 : It is recommended to consume preferably on the same day to enjoy its freshness and optimal flavor.
