Tofu and Vegetable Scramble
Ingredients
150 grams of Tofu
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
1 Chopped onion
2 Minced garlic cloves
1 Grated carrot
1 cup of Chopped mushrooms
1 cup of Spinach
1 teaspoon of Soy sauce
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by draining and pressing the tofu to remove excess water.
Step 2 : Then, cut it into small cubes.
Step 3 : Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until golden.
Step 4 : Add the grated carrot, diced mushrooms, and spinach, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5 : Then, add the tofu and soy sauce, cooking for a few more minutes.
