Ingredients

1 Whole turkey

5 cups of Chicken broth

½ cup of White wine

1 Butter stick

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

Rosemary

Ground black pepper

2 Onions

2 Bell peppers

3 Garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by mixing the chicken broth with the white wine.

Step 2 : Next, prepare a finely chopped mixture for the stuffing with the chopped onions, peppers, and garlic cloves, adding a little oil and salt.

Step 3 : Then, place the broth and wine mixture at the bottom of a baking dish.

Step 4 : Carefully clean the turkey and stuff it with the prepared filling.

Step 5 : Marinate the turkey with melted butter mixed with rosemary, salt, and black pepper, then place it in the baking dish.

Step 6 : The next step is to bake in the oven at medium temperature for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 7 : Once cooked, remove from the oven, cut into portions, and serve this delicious dish.
