2 Carrots

1 Garlic clove

100 grams of Bacon

1 tablespoon of Thyme leaves

1 tablespoon of Salt

¼ teaspoon of Pepper

1 Garlic clove

3 teaspoons of Olive oil

½ teaspoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The turkey must be carefully washed both inside and out, then patted dry.

Step 2 : It is important to preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 3 : Next, cut the apple and bread into dice, finely chop the onion, almonds, and rosemary, as well as grate the carrots and press the garlic.

Step 4 : Combine the resulting mixture with the bacon and thyme leaves, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 5 : Stuff the turkey with this preparation and close the opening with toothpicks, tying the legs and wings together before placing it on an oiled baking tray.

Step 6 : Then, chop the rosemary, press the garlic, and mix with the oil and salt to brush the turkey.

Step 7 : The approximate cooking time is 1 hour in the lower part of the oven.

Step 8 : After this time, reduce the temperature to 130°C and continue cooking for approximately 2.5 hours, basting the turkey with the cooking juices 4-5 times.

Step 9 : Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven, place it on a cutting board, and remove the string.

Step 10 : Strain the cooking juices.

Step 11 : With a sharp knife, separate the legs and wings at the joint, cutting the legs in half.

Step 12 : Cut the breast along the bone and slice into portions.

Step 13 : Finally, serve the stuffed turkey on plates, accompanied by the cooking juices on the side.

Step 14 : Remember to ensure the interior of the turkey is completely clean during preparation.
