Ingredients

6 Onions

500 grams of Ground beef

1 Grated carrot

1 Chopped red pepper

2 Chopped garlic cloves

1 Chopped tomato

1 tablespoon of Tomato sauce

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by preheating the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 : Then, boil the onions in water with salt for about 15 minutes until tender.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.

Step 4 : Add the grated carrot, chopped red pepper, garlic, and tomato to the skillet with the beef and cook for a few minutes until vegetables are soft.

Step 5 : Next, add the tomato sauce and spices to taste, mixing everything well.

Step 6 : Once cooked, drain the onions and cut off the top.

Step 7 : Carefully hollow out the onions, leaving a thin layer.

Step 8 : Then, stuff the onions with the prepared meat and vegetable mixture.

Step 9 : Place the stuffed onions in a baking dish, adding a little water to the bottom.

Step 10 : Finally, bake the stuffed onions at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until golden.
